Process for PTSA funded Substitute Requests
The WMS PTSA budget includes funding for substitute teachers when there is no District money available.
The PTSA cannot fund substitutes on behalf of teachers for any professional development. Please refer to the PTSA Standing Rules for the other conditions under which this grant applies. This year we have budgeted $3,000 for substitutes and we will accept applications every month until the funds have been depleted.
To request funding for a substitute, submit a completed sub request form to the WMS PTSA Treasurers. Completed forms should be placed in the PTSA Treasurer’s box no later than Friday before the review meeting (meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month).
