Textbook Adoptions

Seattle Public Schools is working on adopting new Japanese and French textbooks and would like your input. Please visit the Seattle Schools website to see when and where materials will be available for viewing throughout district schools and to participate in the survey. They are also available at the JSCEE District Office Curriculum Library for the rest of the year. We truly value your insight and input on this investment in our students' future world language skills.

Parent Ambassadors Needed

Calling all parents with connections to our feeder schools! The district's new Student Assignment Plan will define feeder patterns and raise questions for families about access and opportunities at Washington Middle School. The WMS PTA is looking to gather a network of "parent ambassadors" that will help us connect to and inform our community elementary schools. If you are willing to gather once or twice over the course of the school year and can share information about Washington with your elementary community, contact Stephanie Jones (206-568-2427) to join the ambassador corps.
